CONDITIONS FOR EXCEPTIONAL ACQUISITION OF TURKISH CITIZENSHIP:
Conditions and necessary documents for Exceptional Acquisition of Turkish Citizenship;
Purchasing a real estate worth at least 250,000 USD with an annotation of not selling for 3 years
Depositing at least 500,000 USD in the bank, provided that they do not withdraw for 3 years
Legally employing at least 50 Turkish citizens
To purchase government debt instruments worth at least 500,000 USD for 3 years
To purchase at least USD 500,000 worth of real estate investment fund participation shares and venture capital investment fund participation shares, provided that they are kept for 3 years
Required Documents for the Application for Exceptional Acquisition of Turkish Citizenship
- Application Form (It is filled by our expert consultants.)
- 2 biometric photos
- Passport and notarized Turkish translation
- birth certificate – whole family- Apostilled ( if Home country Apostille and Hague Apostille Country List if not need to certified in family country embassy )
- Criminal record for all family too- Apostilled( if Home country Apostille and Hague Apostille Country List if not need to certified in family country embassy )
- marital status certificate and if married, marriage certificate, - Apostilled( if Home country Apostille and Hague Apostille Country List if not need to certified in family country embassy )
- Documents showing the title deed or investment
- Real estate valuation report (Consult our expert consultants.)
- Apostilled identity record sample (nüfus kayıt örneği) or similar document, official document containing the information of the whole family in the document, if country does not have family tree certificate, we need use kids birth certificate- Apostilled ( if Home country Apostille and Hague Apostille Country List if not need to certified in family country embassy )
- Fee payment receipt
