MARRIAGE OF FOREIGNERS IN TURKEY
Foreigners can marry Turkish citizens in Turkey, and foreigners of the same or different nationality can marry in front of Turkish authorities. - Health report from Family Health Physician (Reports from private hospitals must be approved by the family health doctor);
Documents Required from Foreign Nationals:
- Notarized copy of the passport with Turkish translation (applications of those whose passport, visa and residence period have expired will not be accepted);
- 5 passport photos;
- Health report from Family Health Physician (Reports from private hospitals must be approved by the family health doctor);
- Photocopy of residence permit documents or any valid visas of those residing in Turkey;
- Single Certificate and Birth Certificate (It is obligatory to be stamped with an apostille from the foreign country or it can be obtained from the embassy or consulate of the country in Turkey and will be apostilled after being translated at the governor's office);
