Citizens of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus
ARTICLE 35 - (1) Citizens of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus can work in public institutions and organizations in Turkey without obtaining a work permit, but those who will work outside public institutions and organizations are required to obtain a work permit.
(2) In terms of work permit application made on behalf of a citizen of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus:
a) The evaluation criteria established within the scope of Article 22 are not applied.
b) Work permits can be issued for up to five years, not exceeding the duration of the employment or service contract.
