What are the conditions for making a house in the field?

First of all, let's imagine that you are going to build a house in a field. The house you want to build should not exceed 5% of the entire plot. For example, the house you will build on a field of 2 thousand square meters may be 5% of the field. After meeting these conditions, you can build a house in the field. The house you build must have a maximum of two floors and a height of 6.50 meters. Due to the existing slope of the land, you can climb a maximum of 1 more floor. More floors than this are counted as illegal floors.

In order to build a vineyard house on your field land, you have to meet certain conditions.
